What Is the NEXUS Program?

The NEXUS program is a joint trusted traveler initiative between U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA). It aims to expedite border clearance for low-risk travelers entering both Canada and the United States. Approved NEXUS members enjoy dedicated processing at designated lanes in northern land border ports, automated kiosks at Canadian preclearance airports, and also NEXUS marine reporting locations.
