According to information gathered by InsightNewsgh.com, veteran Ghanaian actor Vincent McCauley, popularly known in the YOLO series as Mark Anthony’s father has passed away.

Mr. Vincent McCauley reportedly passed away on Thursday night. It is unknown what caused the death.

Mr. Vincent McCauley gained widespread recognition for his portrayal of Max and YOLO in the television series “Things We Do For Love.”

He also starred in several TV shows, such as “Office Palava,” “Games People Play,” “Fortune Island,” “Living With Trisha: House of Secrets,” and “The Idiot and I.”

Earlier on, Ghanaian actor and politician John Dumelo, a well-known supporter of the country’s national team, voiced his unwavering confidence in the Black Stars’ ability to win the highly anticipated football match between Ghana and Egypt yesterday.

John Dumelo was confident in Ghana’s chances despite the team’s difficult opponent in Egypt and thinks the team won’t lose much ground in today’s important match.

In a message posted on the Ghanaian actor’s official Twitter page, now called X (formerly Twitter), he said: “Ghana will not lose today’s match against Egypt!!! I believe in the Black Stars!!!”

In a follow up tweet, The NDC parliamentary candidate for Ayawaso West Wuogon wondered if he was the only Ghanaian who believes in Black Stars in their quest to win their fifth AFCON trophy.

Dumelo thoughtfully quizzed what would be the reactions of Ghanaians should Black Stars filed all odds and go ahead to win the AFCON.

He tweeted, “Am I the only one who believes in the Black stars? What if we go ahead to win the AFCON, what will u guys now say? Dear Black stars, please make us proud today!!!!“

In a pivotal Africa Cup of Nations match, Egypt and Ghana faced square off as both sides look to improve on weak starts.

At the of 90minutes last, Ghana and Egypt game ended in a draw.
