Christine Baumgartner -the estranged wife of Kevin Costner who has allegedly refused to leave the Yellowstone actor home has put a stop to their divorce procedures.  Costner said Baumgartner has not left his home in southern California despite a provision in their prenuptial agreement requiring her to do so, which received the court paperwork submitted last Friday. The arrangement, which was inked when the couple were married in 2004, according to Costner, 68, gives Baumgartner 30 days to vacate the home after filing for divorce. Afeez Agoro Oladimeji, Nigeria’s tallest man and actor, has passed away. The 48-year-old passed away on Wednesday night at the Lagos University Teaching Hospital (LUTH) following a protracted illness. In a tweet posted on Thursday, well-known Twitter influencer Pamilerin Adegoke announced the man’s passing. Agoro’s passing was announced via Twitter by Adegoke, who wrote: “Nigerian tallest man Afeez Agoro Oladimeji is dead after suffering from prolonged sickness.” Oladimeji, who was born in Sabo Yaba, Lagos State, and stood 2.25 meters (7 feet 4 inches) tall, passed away after eight months of bed rest. Lawyers of the former Secretary of the defunct Inter-Ministerial Committee on Illegal Mining (IMCIM), Charles Bissue has managed to secure an order from the Accra Human Rights Court restraining the Office of the Special Prosecutor or its agents from carrying out any arrest warrant on their client.
