The Attorney General and Minister for Justice, Godfred Yeboah Dame, has pointed out some eight legislations passed under the current Government as part of measures to augment its zero tolerance for corruption policy. The Majority Caucus in Parliament has announced that as a last resort, it has invoked Article 112(3) of the Constitution and Order 53 of the Standing Orders of Parliament to request a constitutionally mandatory recall of the House.
