The Ghana Football Association has officially announced Chris Hughton as the new head coach of the Black Stars after lengthy deliberations between the two sides. The decision to appoint Hughton follows Otto Addo’s resignation as the team’s head coach following Ghana’s elimination from the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar. Ato Panford, a former Member of Parliament for Shama constituency on the ticket of New Patriotic Party (NPP) has reportedly died. According to sources, Mr Ato Panford passed away in the early hours of Sunday, February 12, 2023. However, the actual cause of the demise of the former MP is yet to be revealed.
