The opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) has filed a new application for an injunction, which could delay the party’s parliamentary and presidential primaries once more. The plaintiff, card-carrying NDC member Edgar Asamoah Boateng of Abuakwa North, claims that the party has failed to meet the requirements set forth in its constitution for the 2024 general election.
