The Special Prosecutor has issued a wanted statement for Charles Bissue, a former secretary of the Inter-Ministerial Committee on Illegal Mining (IMCIM). Days prior, the Office of the Special Prosecutor obtained a court order authorizing his arrest. After Mr. Bissue declined the Special Prosecutor’s invitation last month, this order was obtained.
