The MTTD indicates that during that time, there was a 4.31 percent increase in the number of reports of road crashes made to the police service. The National Service Secretariat (NSS) has made plans to pay out arrears of allowances to Scheme personnel for the first half of 2023. This comes after a monthly allowance increase for National Service personnel from GH559 to GH715.57 was approved.
