Accra has flooded in some areas as a result of the June 21, 2023 rains.
The six-hour downpour has caused some sites, including the Ofankor barrier, Taifa Junction, Achimota, and others, to be partially submerged.
The flood waters are making it challenging for commuters to move around.
Many cars have been buried in various locations in Taifa.
The use of only one lane by drivers is due to the completely flooded side of the road.

Due to the situation’s heavy traffic, commuters are being forced to get out of their cars and walk to their various destinations.
Some commuters have joined hands to make it possible for them to walk through the flood in order to avoid drowning or being swept away by the flood water.
