Manchester United forward, Marcus Rashford current contract with the Red Devils expires next summer, and there is currently no agreement on an extension.

In a latest development, according to Mirror Football, Man United are set to offer Rashford a £375,000-a-week new contract that will make him the highest paid player replacing David de Gea.

The uncertain around David de Gea’s contract renewal coupled with potential salary cut and losing his position as ten Hag’s first choice goalkeeper could pave way for the English international to become the club’s top earner.

Recall Rashford dismissed rumors that contract negotiations with Manchester United have stalled, calling them “nonsense.”

There were some rumors that Rashford might be leaving the team, especially in light of Paris Saint-Germain’s interest. However, the England star responded to those rumors on Twitter.

Following, the opening of the transfer window in England, Manchester United has been slow in the transfer market neither are they signing new players nor renewing Rashford and De Gea’s contract.

Man United fans are increasing becoming furious and impatient with the way the Glazer family are handling the potential takeover process with many supporters expecting the owners to announce Sheikh Jassim‘s new improved bid to buy the club 100% ahead of Sir Jim’s offer for just 51% buyout.

Many fans have blamed the Glazer family for slowing the activities of signing new players for Erik ten Hag due to the uncertainty around the sale process.

The Red Devils are yet to complete a deal for Mason Mount, also the deals for Kim Min-Jae, Harry Kane and Declan Rice look impossible with the current situation at hand in the club.

On Twitter, agitated fans have started attacking football director, John Murtough over lack of new signings as the new season draws closer day-by-day.

Meanwhile, Man United head coach, ten Hag has declared that he needs Rashford in his team for next season.
