The National Democratic Congress (NDC) are having a peaceful primaries across all constituencies in the country but some delegates are already fighting among themselves.
Some NDC delegates are fighting each other over the GHC40 T&T given to the team by presidential hopeful, John Mahama to distribute among the delegates.
At the Adentan constituency, Mr. Kweku Owusu, a delegate who had come from Lion of Judah to cast his vote got furious after the team sharing the money disappeared from the voting center.
Sharing his disappointed with the Citi TV news reporter, he said they have been tossed around yet they can’t find the team sharing the supposed GHc40 promised by John Mahama a day before the primaries.
According to him, he said he heard on Peace FM that Mahama has given a team money to share GHc40 each to every delegates as T&T but he can’t find them anywhere.
The furious man alleged that the team were trying to keep the money by outsmarting them.

The story was not different from Sefwi Wiawso as some NDC delegates threatened to boycott election if leaders fail to give them the 40 cedis promised by John Mahama’s camp.

However, at the Ayawaso Central, NDC delegates were seen peacefully receiving their GHc40 as promised by Mahama’s camp.

Earlier on InsightNewsgh.com reported that NDC delegates will receive GH 40 each from the John Dramani Mahama campaign to help them get to the polling places for Saturday’s presidential and parliamentary primaries.
“There must be no discrimination in the disbursement of the GH¢40 per delegate T&T money,” campaign manager for Mahama, Professor Joshua Alabi, is cited as saying.
According to a statement released by Mahama’s office on May 12, the sum won’t be a substitute for what the party will contribute.
“The Campaign believes supporting the delegates to travel to the centers will ensure a high voter turnout and every voter will be empowered to vote and return home without financial impediment in these difficult economic times,” in a statement, Joyce Bawa Mogtari, Mr. Mahama’s spokeswoman, signed it
