Kyle Forman Anderson, known by the nickname “Slow Mo,” was born on September 20, 1993, in New York City. He grew up in New Jersey and also attended St. Anthony High School in Jersey City, where he honed his basketball skills.
Anderson played college basketball for the UCLA Bruins. His unique playing style, combining point guard skills with a forward’s height, made him stand out. In the 2014 NBA draft, Anderson was selected. By the San Antonio Spurs as the 30th overall pick. He spent four seasons with the Spurs, contributing to their success.
In 2018, he signed with the Memphis Grizzlies and also continued to showcase his versatility on the court. Currently, Anderson plays for the Minnesota Timberwolves.
