Celebrated Ghanaian broadcaster, Nana Aba Anamoah with her eagle’s eye has spotted something wrong with the official press release from the Ghana Armed Forces (GAF) after some military men stormed Ashaiman to beat residents.
Earlier on InsightNewsgh.com reported that the GAF finally reacted after some military men invaded Ashaiman on the early hours on Tuesday morning, March 7, 2023 to attack some civilian as a revenge following the death of one young soldier.
In the press statement, the GAF stated that the attack on some innocent civilians of Ashaiman was sanctioned by the Military High Command.
In addition, the GAF said the military operation in Ashaiman was not to avenge their colleague’s death but to fish out some suspected civilians who reportedly have a hand in the killing of the young soldier identified as Trooper Imoro Sherrif.

Indeed the date on the official release is wrong, however, in the main content, they got the date right.
It could have been repeated press release from a similar actions the GAF reacted to last year and decided to repeat the same content in reaction to the current situation in Ashaiman.
The wrong date sighted doesn’t change the content of the message the GAF are carrying to the public, however, such mistakes are unacceptably.
