Famous Ghanaian media personality Blessed Godsbrain Smart, also referred to as Captain Smart, has contested the myth that tiger nuts are associated with masculinity.

Tiger nuts—also known as “chufa” or “earth almonds”—have long been linked to a number of health advantages, but Captain Smart argues that the evidence supporting their ability to increase male virility is weak.

When Captain Smart was a guest on TV3’s Ladies Circle, he shifted the conversation away from tiger nuts and toward coconut water, emphasizing the latter as a more reliable source of potency.

The outspoken radio and television host emphasized the significance of depending on medical knowledge and scientific data when making decisions about one’s health.

“People have misconceptions about what we call ‘Atadwe’ (Tiger Nuts). Atadwe has no connection to potency. What genuinely enhances male potency is coconut water. That is what makes you perform well in bed,” he stated.

Relatedly, Captain Smart counseled young men to leave their stressful marriages.

During his guest appearance on TV3’s Day show, Captain Smart asserted that men are also victims of marital problems.

He contends that a man has every right to leave a marriage if he feels overburdened and stressed out by marital problems because marriages aren’t meant to be that stressful.

Captain Smart went on to say that men die younger than women because of the daily stress they experience.

“Men should not allow marriage to stress them. Men listen to me and listen good, don’t allow marriage to stress you. If it is not good for you, quit,” he said.

The controversial media personality explained that the African man has been dogmatised to stay in stressful marriages.

According to him, he is a typical African man and he wouldn’t allow anybody dictate to him how he should love his wife.

He added that he could be caring, loving and even assist his wife to do some of the house chores he feels he can help but he wouldn’t overdo them because of telenolva style of love.
