National Democratic Congress (NDC) presidential candidate Kojo Bonsu has said he will campaign on the good works of former president John Dramani Mahama if elected by the party as a standard-bearer to lead next general elections in 2024.
He said Mahama during his tenure as Vice President and President is said to have performed so brilliantly that he has left a huge legacy that will advance his campaign message as he leads the party.
According to him, there is no other legacy to campaign for than the legacy of the NDC because the party has a proven track record in running the country.

In an interview on GTV, he said that although Mahama has built good legacies, it will be the problem for the party if the former president leads NDC again in the 2024 elections.
Kojo Bonsu adeed that John Mahama will only serve the country for four years, and that will not be enough for the party, so he [Kojo Bonsu] has the opportunity to lead the party to allow them to stay in power for two terms.
“It’ll be very difficult, we’ve gone through a lot of challenges but we need somebody so that your first term to tell people what you are going to do,”he said.
He said his leadership skills, knowledge, experience, qualities and work ethic have put him in the position of a Head of State and will not disappoint the people of Ghana if required. leader.
