Actress and TV show host Nana Ama Mcbrown, who is from Ghana, has expressed her irritation at the unrelenting criticism she receives from her countrymen, saying it keeps her from leading a normal life.

Nana Ama, who recently had surgery to get a huge body, bemoaned in a recent interview that she wished she could show off her body more.

One of Nana Ama Mcbrown’s greatest dreams is to go to the beach in a bikini and enjoy herself with her loved ones.

However, she worries that Ghanaians will attack her as soon as she wears anything that reveals too much skin.

These are a few benefits of being a celebrity, she continued.

“As a famous person, everything you do is scrutinized so you can’t even be yourself. You have to deny yourself a lot of pleasure because of the mean comments from Ghanaians. You can’t go to certain places, you can’t wear certain clothes because some people will bash you for not being the role model they expect you to be. You are forced to deny yourself a lot of pleasure to avoid getting criticized,” Nana Ama Mcbrown revealed.

As a public figure, Nana Ama McBrown accepted that many aspects of her life are visible to the public. Nevertheless, she retains the discretion to decide how she responds to these comments, including which ones to accept and which to ignore.

Relatedly, Gyakie recently revealed how difficult it was for her to balance her studies at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) with her music career.

Gyakie also disclosed that during that period, people didn’t recognize her even though “Forever” was trending everywhere, but people knew the voice but didn’t know the face behind the trendy song.

According to her, people began recognizing her in buses after she started going for interviews on radio and appearing on televisions, so she had to disguise herself anytime she sat on a bus to travel to prevent people from noticing him – however, Gyakie said she doesn’t have to disguise herself anymore.
