Dean Phillips’ Personal Life

Andrea Phillips, the wife of Dean Phillips, was born and raised in Minnesota. She attended public schools in the Twin Cities area and graduated from the University of Minnesota with a degree in political science. After college, Andrea worked as a lawyer for several years before retiring to become a stay-at-home mother.

She also grew up in a politically active family and her parents instilled in her a strong sense of civic responsibility.

Siblings

Dean Phillips has one older sister, Lisa. Lisa is a teacher and lives in Minnesota with her family.

Dean Phillips’ parents are Richard Phillips and Pauline Phillips. Richard Phillips is a retired lawyer and Pauline Phillips is a retired journalist. Dean Phillips is also very close to his parents and they have supported him throughout his career.

Dean Phillips is married to Andrea Phillips. Andrea Phillips is a former lawyer and is now a stay-at-home mother. Dean and Andrea Phillips met in law school and have been together for over 20 years. They have two children together, a son named William and a daughter named Emily.
