Founder and head of Prophetic Hill Chapel International, Prophet Nigel Gaisie, has lamented over the economic crisis currently plaguing the country under President Nana Akufo-Addo led NPP government.
Speaking during an interview on the recent episode of Atuu on UTV with Abeiku Santana, Prophet Nigel Gaisie said the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) government is worst government he has ever seen in his lifetime.
He explained that his church members are unable to attend their church services because they can’t afford transportation.
Prophet Nigel Gaisie claimed that due to the economic hardship in the country, a lot Ghanaians are unable to sleep at night therefore they have resorted to working rather.
“Accra town during the night is more busier than the day. The national security should pick up because with time it will be a national security problem. The night life is more busier than the day because people can’t sleep,” he said.
According to him, first it took longer time for people to call in during his dawn broadcast on radio but now even before he opens the phone lines, he receives a lot of calls from people at dawn seeking praters and counseling due to the economic pressure in Ghana.
He also noted that prayer only can’t solve the problems people are going through but the government has failed to make life easier for Ghanaians. Prophet Nigel Gaisie said one of Ghana’s biggest problem is Ghanaians don’t like the truth.

Relatedly, the controversial prophet acknowledged that he once declined a juicy request to spiritually harm Frema Akosua Osei-Opare, Ghana’s current chief of staff.
Nigel claims that the request came from a prominent NPP member who claimed to have previously been promised Frema’s position by the president Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo but was passed over.
He pointed out that as an inducement, a brand-new Range Rover and GH1.6 million were added to the request.
