The Akufo Addo administration has been urged to reevaluate its goals for the country, according to Whitney Boakye-Mensah, managing partner and creative director of INNOVATIONS / EVENTS and an expert on the entertainment industry.

Her main worries are the debates surrounding the building of a National Cathedral in light of the current financial difficulties.

Whitney Boakye-Mensa expressed the opinion that President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, who has received a great deal of support from the Ghanaian people, should pay attention to their worries and reevaluate the National Cathedral project’s priority during a discussion on UTV’s Showbiz Night.

She stated, “The same people you had that goodwill from are also saying that from the promises you made us, things have changed but not for the better. So after all this, if we are struggling to find ourselves, you want to tax us to fund such a project, and the people are telling you that it’s not a priority when you have your economy in decline, your health system facing challenges, and people expressing dissatisfaction with the state of affairs. Is building a tourist center really what you want to focus on?”

In other news, Adina Thembi revealed that after 16 fibroids were discovered inside of her, she experienced a life-threatening medical situation.

The Ghanaian singer claims that her cousin, a nurse, was the one who initially suspected she had fibroid disease. She says an initial scan found eight fibroids, but later information contradicted that.

Adina explains that she used the gym to get rid of a belly bulge that she had noticed, but despite going frequently, she noticed no improvement.

“I suspected I might have fibroids when I was working out but I always had a bulge in my lower abdomen. I’ll work out, and make sure I am sticking to the right diet but there was no difference. You’ll notice that I’d lose weight the way I wanted but only that part had a bit of the bulge,” she said.
