Annabel Croft is a British former professional tennis player and current radio and television presenter. As a tennis player she won the WTA Tour event Virginia Slims of San Diego and represented Great Britain in the Fed Cup and the Wightman Cup.
Croft was also born in Farnborough, Kent, England on July 12, 1966. She began playing tennis at a young age and quickly rose through the junior ranks. In 1983, she also won the Wimbledon and Australian Open girls’ singles titles.
Croft turned professional in 1982 and also reached her highest singles ranking of World No. 24 in 1985. She won her only WTA Tour singles title at the Virginia Slims of San Diego in 1985. She also represented Great Britain in the Fed Cup and the Wightman Cup, winning a total of 14 singles matches and 15 doubles matches.
