The National Democratic Congress (NDC), the party in opposition, has disclosed a number of significant appointments to important positions within the organization.
The NDC’s general secretary, Fifi Fiavi Kwetey, officially announced these appointments, which are intended to improve the party’s leadership and efficiency.

In a related news, Constituency The New Patriotic Party (NPP) Ashanti Regional Chairmen claim they are about to choose a viable candidate for the party.

The Constituency Chairmen reiterated their support for Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia in a statement released yesterday. They claimed that the Vice President enjoys strong backing from the party’s grassroots, and that their decision to cast a sizable vote for him in the Super Delegates on Saturday was in line with that decision.
