Following Nigerian musician Asake’s successful debut at the 02 Arena last night, Ghanaian dancehall singer Shatta Wale has made a mockery of Ghanaian music.
He claimed that Ghanaian musicians’ accomplishments had been dwarfed by those of musicians from Nigeria.
He compared the Nigerian music industry, which he called a “Hennessy bottle,” to that of Ghana, comparing it to a “feeding bottle.”
This was said by Shatta Wale in his congratulations to Asake, a young Nigerian musician who recently sold out the 20,000-seat O2 Arena in London, United Kingdom.
On his Twitter handle, he wrote; “Nigerians are making Ghana music look like feeding bottle compared to Hennessy bottle. Congrats to Asake meeenn!!!
“You guys deh run tooo fast …F*ck
“PS: Some Ghana man say how do they do it?
“Me: when you stop judging people here like you are angels,I think we can get the formula.
“Naija is winning BIG TIME !!! My people.”

One of the concert’s main highlights was Asake’s entrance, which took place during his most recent performance at the 02 and involved the singer arriving on stage from a helicopter in the middle of the audience.

A medley of songs from his first album, “Mr. Money With The Vibe,” and his second album, “Work Of Art,” were performed by him.
He also invited Fireboy DML, Lil Kesh, and a number of other artists from the YBNL record label.
In other news, Ghanaian actress, Lydia Forson has angrily reacted to Mrs. Vida Adutwumwaa’s advice to Efya and her mother over her drug tag.
According to Lydia Forson, the pundits who sit on United Showbiz to discuss other celebrities issues are carelessness and lack emotional intelligence.
