After all, the two people who have accused Michael Jackson of sexual assault will have their day in court. Their lawsuits are now free to proceed after a California court gave the go-ahead.

The California Court of Appeal reinstated two lawsuits against the production company of the King of Pop on Friday.

James Safechuck and Wade Robson both claim that Michael molested them for years when they were children.

In your mind: A Los Angeles County Superior Court judge dismissed Safechuck and Robson‘s lawsuits against Michael’s company, MJJ Productions, in 2021 after concluding that the business had no obligation to safeguard Safechuck, Robson, or anyone else from MJ because it lacked the power to restrain him.

A higher court now objects… indicating that the cases of Safechuck and Robson will be returned to the lower court.

The story was first reported by TMZ; in June, the same appeals court issued a tentative decision in Robson’s case. Now that the decision has been made, Safechuck is in the same situation.

In Robson’s case, it is claimed that between the ages of 7 and 14, MJ sexually assaulted him at the Neverland Ranch.

Safechuck, on the other hand, claims that he was just 10 years old when he first encountered Michael on the set of a Pepsi commercial. He also asserts that MJ eventually began bringing him into the bedroom for sex acts, which allegedly continued for more than four years.

Both of Michael’s accusers, who were featured in the 2019 HBO film “Leaving Neverland,” claimed that MJ’s corporations did not shield them from the alleged abuse they were subjected to.

It appears that the accusations against Michael and his businesses will once more take center stage in a courtroom.
