The Brazilian football star Neymar is expected to join the Saudi league as the newest well-known player.
Neymar Jr. has agreed to a two-year contract to move from French powerhouse Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) to Al Hilal.
Neymar is having his medical today and should be finished moving in the following 48 hours.
According to Sky Sports News, PSG could receive up to £86.3 million for the Brazilian player.
Neymar’s transfer from Barcelona cost the team a record-breaking £200 million in 2017.
The salaries offered by Saudi Arabian clubs are frequently much higher than those that athletes can make in European leagues.
Neymar will earn €150 million (£129.2 million) annually in Saudi Arabia, which is six times what he made at PSG.
This summer, Al Hilal also made an attempt to purchase Kylian Mbappe and Lionel Messi, two of Neymar’s top PSG teammates.

Messi, an Argentine forward, chose to sign with Inter Miami, while Mbappe, a French player, decided to stay at PSG despite contract disputes.
In July, the Saudi club made Mbappe an offer of £258 million, but he turned it down.
After Jordan Henderson, Ruben Neves, and Roberto Firmino all reached agreements to move to Saudi Arabia this summer, Neymar is the most well-known player to do so.
Pep Guardiola, the manager of Manchester City, stated last month that he thinks more and more “extraordinary players” will move to Saudi Arabia.
“I think the Saudi league has changed the market,” Guardiola said.
“Many things happened unexpectedly. Just a few months ago, a year ago, when Cristiano (Ronaldo) was the only one to go, then no one could imagine the amount of top, top players, quality, extraordinary players (who are) going to play in the Saudi league.
“I think in the close future it’s going to happen more and more.”
