GoldBod Jewellery, a subsidiary of the Ghana Gold Board, has officially appointed Ghana’s popular media personality Nathan Kwabena Anokye Adisi, widely known as Bola Ray, and celebrated actress Joselyn Dumas as its Brand Ambassadors.

The announcement, made on Tuesday, October 28, 2025, through GoldBod’s official Facebook page, marks a major step in celebrating Ghana’s golden heritage.

Speaking at a colourful unveiling ceremony held at the GoldBod Head Office in Accra, the Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Sammy Gyamfi, Esq., expressed his excitement about the partnership, describing it as a strategic initiative to promote Ghanaian craftsmanship in both domestic and international jewellery markets.

“Bola Ray and Joselyn Dumas represent excellence and authenticity, the very values that define the GoldBod Jewellery brand. Their appointment as brand ambassadors of GoldBod Jewellery marks a major milestone in GoldBod’s mission to promote local value addition to the country’s gold resources,” Mr. Gyamfi stated.

He further explained that the collaboration supports President Mahama’s vision of positioning Ghana as Africa’s leading hub for authentic gold jewellery and ornaments. He noted that this partnership is not just about brand promotion but also about empowering local artisans and strengthening Ghana’s reputation in the global luxury jewellery industry.

Also the partnership aims to promote the country’s skill in crafting authentic gold jewellery; pieces that tell stories of culture, tradition, and world-class artistry.

With Bola Ray and Joselyn Dumas as the new faces of the brand, GoldBod is confident that Bola Ray’s charisma and Joselyn Dumas’s elegance will help carry Ghana’s gold legacy beyond its borders. The company also believes the two personalities embody the values of excellence, authenticity, and sophistication that define its vision.

As part of their ambassadorial duties, Bola Ray and Joselyn Dumas will lead brand campaigns, participate in media engagements, and champion public outreach initiatives that highlight GoldBod’s latest collections. These include fine gold and diamond jewellery, bespoke ornaments, and refined luxury accessories designed to reflect Ghana’s artistry and culture.

The appointment of the two renowned figures has already generated excitement among fans and industry players. Many see it as a fitting collaboration between a premium Ghanaian brand and two of the nation’s most respected celebrities who embody class, creativity, and national pride.
