    Maxi Wins Best Car Dealer Award in Ashanti Region

    Maxi Wins Best Car Dealer Award in Ashanti Region

    Popular Kumasi based entrepreneur and philanthropist Prince Kumi, popularly known as ‘Maxi De Car Dealer’, has been adjudged as the Best Car Dealer in the Ashanti Region in general.

    Maxi’s significantly huge garage is located at Bekwai Roundabout in Kumasi, where he deals in luxurious cars including Maybach, Roll Royce, Ferrari, Bentley, Defender and others.

    The prestigious award was presented to him during the 22nd Ashanti Business Excellence Awards 2025, which was held at the Lancaster Hotel in Kumasi.

    The organizers of the Ashanti Business Excellence Awards recognizes and honour individuals and businesses that are helping to develop Ashanti region.

    This year’s awards ceremony coincided with the 75th birthday celebration of His Royal Majesty, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, the Asantehene so it was marked with pomp and pageantry.

    Nana Oguahyia Oduro Panin Birikorang I, the New Edubiasehene, who represented Otumfuo, presented the Best Car Dealer award to Maxi, amid wild shouts of approval.

    The powerful citation that accompanied his award reads “22nd Ashanti Business Excellence Awards 2025 in commemoration of the 75th birthday of Otumfuo, the Asantehene.

    “This Gold award is conferred on Maxi De Car Dealer in recognition of his outstanding contribution to the economic development of Ashanti in the category of transportation (automobile sales)”.

    Maxi, who looked cheerful, thanked the Asantehene and all those who have supported his business to grow to this enviable level, assuring to sustain his positive works for Asanteman and Ghana.

    Significantly, there was a standing ovation at the venue of the awards ceremony when Maxi De Car Dealer, who is very popular in Kumasi, was called to mount the podium and receive his award.
