Old Tafo came alive on Saturday as thousands of New Patriotic Party (NPP) supporters and constituents turned up in their numbers for the much-anticipated Old Tafo Mega Walk.

The event, organized under the leadership of Member of Parliament for Old Tafo, Lawyer Ekow Vincent Assafuah, saw a strong display of party unity and commitment toward securing victory in the 2024 elections.

The walk, which drew participants from across the Ashanti Region, was graced by top NPP dignitaries.

The walk was part of efforts to energize the party’s base and encourage active participation in the upcoming general elections.

Addressing the enthusiastic crowd, Ekow Vincent Assafuah urged party faithful not to relent in their efforts to ensure victory for the NPP. He emphasized that the 2024 elections would be crucial to Ghana’s future and called for collective action to retain the party in power.

“We have a shared responsibility to deliver victory for the NPP and continue the developmental work we’ve started. This is not the time to sit back, but to work even harder for a brighter future,” Assafuah said.

The Old Tafo MP further rallied his supporters to intensify their campaign efforts at the grassroots level, urging them to engage more with voters in their respective communities.
He also highlighted the party’s accomplishments in governance and promised more development for the constituency.

The walk ended on a high note, with participants expressing optimism and renewed energy for the task ahead.
