    Napo Pushes For House-To-House Campaign

    THE RULING New Patriotic Party (NPP) has advised its members to adopt a retail house-to-house campaign style to help the Party win more votes and retain political power.

    The Vice Presidential Candidate of the party, Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh aka ‘Napo’, who gave the advice, said the party members should chase every available votes, ahead of the polls.

    Speaking at the official inauguration of the Ashanti Regional NPP Campaign Working Committees and Women’s Conference, he said every vote is crucial to ensure victory for the NPP.

    According to him, he was expecting every NPP member to embrace hard work and attract more votes to enable Dr. Mahamadu Bawumia to become the next president of Ghana.

    “We should start house to house, door to door, room to room, office to office, market to market campaign and preach about President Akufo-Addo works for mother Ghana in eight years.

    “We should also campaign and preach about what Dr. Mahamadu Bawumia will do as president to transform Ghana to the electorates and attract their votes”, Napo admonished.

    The NPP Vice Presidential Candidate also slammed the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) for failing to deliver in political office in eight years, resulting in their electoral defeat.

    He reminded Ghanaians that the country was virtually plunged into darkness during the reign of the NDC under former President John Mahama, leading to the collapse of businesses.

    According to Napo, the NDC has nothing good to offer the country so he urged the citizenry to vote massively for Dr. Bawumia and all the NPP parliamentary candidates to win the polls.

    He announced that Dr. Bawumia has concrete plans to improve businesses, especially the private sector to enable them play leading roles in the developmental agenda of the country.
