    Route

    • The parade route spans approximately one mile through the heart of downtown Columbus, Ohio.
    • It begins at the corner of Main and Second streets.
    • The procession then turns north on Front Street.
    • Finally, it concludes at Spring Street.

    An Unforgettable Experience

    Every year, over 400,000 visitors gather in Columbus to celebrate our country, community, and honor our military and veterans. Red, White & BOOM! is more than just fireworks; it’s a cherished tradition that brings people together.

    Highlights:

      • Fireworks Show: Red, White & BOOM! features the largest fireworks display in the Midwest, attracting over 400,000 visitors.
      • Tradition: It’s a cherished tradition where the community comes together to celebrate our country and honor our military and veterans.
      • Free Event: BOOM! is a safe and free event that includes a parade, street festival, live music, and, of course, the dazzling fireworks show.

    Notable Events

    1. Parade: The Ford Oval of Honor parade kicks off at 5:30 p.m. The one-mile parade route begins at the corner of Main and Second streets, turns north on Front Street, and concludes at Spring Street.
    2. Street Festival: Starting at 11 a.m., a lively street festival features over 100 local and national vendors. You can enjoy food, Pepsi products, adult beverages, glow sticks, and more.
    3. Live Entertainment:
      • Throughout the day, various live entertainers take the stage at different locations:
        • Dorrian Green Stage:
          • Noon: Joey & Jessica
          • 1:30 p.m.: Wednesday Wine
          • 3 p.m.: CYNTsation
          • 4:30 p.m.: Cobra Kai
          • 6 p.m.: Chuck Starr
          • 7:30 p.m.: School of Rock
          • 9 p.m. and 10:20 p.m.: The Twylights
        • Bicentennial Park Stage:
          • Noon: Elaina Arthur
          • 1:30 p.m.: The Alley Boys
          • 3 p.m.: Julia Neville
          • 4:30 p.m.: Shake Machine
          • 6 p.m.: All Star Jammerz
          • 7:30 p.m.: Distorted Silence
          • 9:30 p.m. and 10:20 p.m.: The Martini Affair
    4. Fireworks Extravaganza: The grand finale—the biggest fireworks display in the Midwest—starts at 10 p.m. The colorful show will be shot over the river, fired within Genoa Park on the east side of COSI. Don’t miss this breathtaking display!
