Jared Goff was born on October 14, 1994, in Novato, California, U.S. He attended Marin Catholic High School in Kentfield, California, where he honed his football skills. Goff then played college football at the University of California, Berkeley (commonly known as Cal). During his time at Cal, he also showcased his talent as a quarterback and caught the attention of NFL scouts. In the 2016 NFL Draft, the Los Angeles Rams selected Goff as the first overall pick. This marked the beginning of his professional career.
His early years in the NFL were challenging, as he adapted to the demands of the league. However, he gradually found his footing and gained experience. Goff played for the Rams from 2016 to 2020. During this period, he led the team to the Super Bowl LIII in the 2018 season, although they ultimately lost to the New England Patriots.
