Benjamin Hammond Haggerty, better known by his stage name Macklemore, is an American rapper, singer, and songwriter.
He was born on June 19, 1983, in Seattle, Washington.
Macklemore has been open about his struggles with drug addiction and alcoholism. And has also sought treatment for his addiction.
He values his family deeply and has been in a committed relationship with his wife, Tricia Davis, since 2006. They took the next step in their relationship by getting engaged in 2013. And have since welcomed three children into their family:
