Biography:
Peso Pluma, whose real name is Hassan Emilio Kabande Laija, was born on June 15, 1999, in the municipality of Zapopan, Jalisco, Mexico. He grew up listening to regional Mexican music and started playing the guitar at age 15 by watching videos on YouTube. He began writing songs in a diary, which he described as therapeutic.
In 2020, he started releasing his music with the albums “Disco en Vivo” and “Ah y Que?”. He posted his first Instagram video in August of 2021, featuring a road trip.
