A member of the communications team of Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, Mr. Dennis Miracles Aboagye has criticized Media General – owners of TV3, Onua FM and TV, among others over what he describes as an unfair panel arrangement from the media house to the New Patriotic Party.

In a social media post, he remarked “Apart from the paneling, the biases and the biased emotions shown by your Hosts across programs is shameful. And they can’t hide it. This is an NDC campaign platform and that is what it is. No more pretense. It is fine if you come clean and we know you are a Pro-NDC media house, after all you won’t be the first. There is an Oman FM who are chest out supporting the NPP and there is an XYZ purely an NDC station. These are brave media houses and it’s fine. What is cowardice and your posture, your posture of neutrality pretense when in your biases are obvious.”

A credible Media house, mandatorily, inspite of its affiliation has a responsibility to present balanced and unbiased viewpoint to the people.
It is irresponsible journalism when a media house clearly shows its biases and continuously pushes these biases without shame.
Dear TV3, how is this journalism ? How is this panneling?
Apart from the paneling, the biases and the biased emotions shown by your Hosts accross programs is shameful. And they can’t hide it.

It is your platform and that is fact but your ownership of a media house comes with responsibilities and that includes coming clean, you are either neutral or aligned you can’t claim to be what you are not. You can’t claim to be neutral and when you are living your biases.
    Shame on you!
