Career:
- Oklahoma Sooners: Ryan and Damon were instrumental figures in the Sooners’ athletic achievements. They excelled in both baseball and basketball, leaving a lasting legacy on the program. Ryan earned All-American honors in baseball and helped lead the team to the College World Series in 1994. Damon, meanwhile, made a name for himself on the basketball court, averaging over 15 points per game and guiding the Sooners to NCAA Tournament appearances.
- Major League Baseball: After their collegiate careers, both Ryan and Damon pursued their dreams of playing Major League Baseball. Ryan made his MLB debut with the Baltimore Orioles in 1998, while Damon signed with the Montreal Expos. Though their MLB careers were fleeting, they relished every chance to compete at the top level, treasuring the opportunity to continue playing side-by-side.
