Samuel Nartey George, the Member of Parliament for Ningo-Prampram, has stated that he will be shocked if Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia and Finance Minister Ken Ofori-Atta end up in paradise.
In an interview with Bola Ray on Starr Chat, the outspoken MP stated that if he sees the two important members of the ruling NPP government in heaven, he will have serious questions for God.According to Sam George, this would require God to reevaluate his grading system for admitting individuals into heaven.
“Top of the list [of worst ministers in NPP government], is Ken Ofori-Atta. That guy, my blood dey boil. My parents are pensioners, the Bible says some appear like sheep but they are wolves in sheep’s clothing. Do you know what the minister has done? He took people’s savings and gave them haircuts.
“Ken and his siamese twin [Dr. Bawumia] have messed up the whole economy. I will have questions to ask God if I see them in heaven. I’m telling you, serious questions. If Bawumia and Ken Ofori-Atta make it to heaven then God will have to review the marking scheme,” Sam George fumed.

The Ningo-Prampram MP and supporter of the anti-gay bill stated in the interview that he is unable to single out any minister under the New Patriotic Party government for commendation.
When asked about Minister of Lands and Natural Resources Samuel Abu Jinapor, Sam George replied that he is one of the worst.
The outspoken NDC MP accused Abu Jinapor of selling all lands in Accra since becoming minister.
Relatedly, according Mr. Sam George, former President John Mahama is incorruptible.
George proposed that if there were any illegal issues, President Akufo-Addo‘s influence over the judiciary might have resulted in legal repercussions for Mahama.
He said that Mahama has no political baggage because he prioritizes the well-being of the country’s youth and sees a 24-hour economy. George underlined that the nation’s youthful population will greatly benefit from this commitment to a 24-hour economy.
