According to Alhaji Osman Masawudu, the Third National Vice Chairman of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP), Dr. Kwame Nkrumah, Ghana’s first president, will be amazed by President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo‘s revolutionary accomplishments.

If Kwame Nkrumah were to rise again and observe the state of the nation today, he said.

Speaking on Kwabena Owusu Agyeman’s Final Point political program on Top Radio, Alhaji Osman emphasized that Dr. Nkrumah will personally congratulate and applaud the current president.

“If Kwame Nkrumah wakes up today, he will testify that Ghana has changed, I swear he will be very happy to see the state of Ghana today because when Kwame Nkrumah comes to see Ghana today, he will see things he never imagined Ghana having.

“If Kwame Nkrumah wakes up and see that the whole Ghana can now attend school for free (Junior High School) and not just the Northern Region that can enjoy free education which I benefited, Kwame Nkrumah will exclaim and ask which President of Ghana has been able to allow all Ghanaians and all this population attend school for free?

“He will be told it is President Akufo-Addo, he will personally clap for Akufo-Addo. Kwame Nkrumah has not seen drone before but when he wakes up, he will see that Akufo-Addo has brought drones which are able to deliver medicines,” he stated.

The third vice chairperson of the NPP asserted that the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) has nothing to show for the many years they have been in power, while praising the accomplishments of his party in governance.

In a related news, to discuss a possible running mate for their flagbearer, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) National Executive Committee (NEC) and National Council (NC) will meet today, December 6, 2023.

Finding people the party believes can work well with Dr. Bawumia in order to help the party win the 2024 election is the main goal of the meeting’s agenda.
