Movement for Change (MFC) founder and independent presidential candidate Alan Kwadwo Kyerematen says Ghana needs a plan and not a manifesto.

Speaking to a large group of volunteers as part of his orientation program in Accra, the well-known former Trade and Industry Minister, Alan Kyerematen noted that Ghana is struggling economically over 30years of NPP and NDC governance.

Mr. Alan Kyerematen said the two major parties in Ghana, NPP and NDC have taken Ghana to International Monetary Fund (IMF) for past 17 years to make things better for Ghanaians yet the country goes back and forth without nothing to show.

The former NPP flagbearer aspirant urged Ghanaians to reject both NPP and NDC in the 2024 general elections and choose his MFC for a better Ghana.

He lamented on how the NPP and NDC are wrecking the nation apart with their inconsistent manifesto which does not help the country to progress but rather retrogress.

According to Mr. Alan Kyerematen, sustained development in Ghana requires someone with new ideas and a different approach to doing things.

In order to help bring about the necessary change for the betterment of the nation in the 2024 General Election, he encouraged Ghanaians from all walks of life, as well as the youth, to join his MFC train.

More than 150,000 volunteers expressed their desire to join the MFC during the orientation program, demonstrating the movement’s resolve to seize power in the 2024 elections.

According to recent remarks made by Mr. Kyeremanten, he will defeat Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia and John Mahama in the upcoming elections.

Although Kyerematen congratulated Vice President Dr. Bawumia on being chosen as the NPP’s flagbearer, he said that this was a widely anticipated result.

He noted that the results of the primaries seemed to indicate that the electoral process had been deliberately and tactically skewed in favor of a particular candidate.
