Football player Emmanuel Agyemang Badu from Ghana is getting married to girlfriend Reggietta Affua Arthur.

The pair has been dating for a while, but they have kept their relationship hidden from the press and general public.

However, after being circulated on social media, Agyemang Badu and Reggietta’s pre-wedding pictures have appeared online.

The bridegroom is a former midfielder for the Black Stars, and Reggietta is the owner of the clothing line Obideaba by Keytuwaa in addition to being an ex-banker and entrepreneur.

In January 2021, Agyemang Badu, then thirty years old, announced the end of his international football career.

He competed for the Black Satellites, who won the 2009 FIFA U-20 World Cup in Egypt.

In addition, he played for the Black Stars, who placed second in the 2010 Africa Cup of Nations in Angola. However, due to an injury, he was unable to compete in the 2010 FIFA World Cup.

The midfielder, who was previously with Kotoko and Udinese, made a comeback in 2012, 2013, 2015, 2017 Africa Cup of Nations, and 2014 FIFA World Cup.

Agyemang-Badu parted ways with Great Olympics, a team in the Ghana Premier League, last season, and is currently without a club.

In other news, the brother of former Black Stars captain Asamoah Gyan, Baffour Gyan gave their account of what transpired during their brother’s marriage annulment hearing in court, claiming they came out on top.

Baffour Gyan said in an Asempa FM interview that Asamoah Gyan is the winner of the case, despite what has been reported in the press.

“I’ve heard the news, it’s our (Gyan brothers) victory and people have turned it around,” he stated.

Throwing more light on what happened in court on Tuesday, October 31, 2023, Baffour Gyan revealed that “five years ago, Asamoah took his marriage to court. His wife had been married before and still went ahead to marry him (Asamoah) without letting him know. When Asamoah found out, he took the matter to court for investigation, and if it turned out that Gifty Gyan was married previously, their (Asamoah and Gifty) marriage should be annulled.”

Baffour Gyan provided additional details about the Tuesday, October 31, 2023, court proceedings by revealing that
