Following Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia‘s election as the new New Patriotic Party (NPP) flagbearer, Rev. Prophet Isaac Owusu Bempah, the founder and head of Glorious Word Power Ministry International, gave a speech.

The NPP primary ended over the weekend with Dr. Bawumia receiving 118,210 votes, or 61.47% of the total.

This was more than enough to defeat his main opponent, Kennedy Ohene Agyapong, an Assin Central Member of Parliament, who received 71,996 votes, or 37.41%.

Rev. Owusu Bempah preached in his church on Sunday, November 5, 2023, discussing the results of the NPP primaries.

He said that the spiritual world has not yet embraced Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia.

“Yesterday NPP delegates decided on vice president. They have chosen him but Ghana’s spirit has not confirmed him yet. Spiritual realm not confirmed,” he said.
“Some things have been confirmed. Other things are not confirmed. So, still, he has work to do. If he wants to lead Ghana, he has a lot of work to do. He shouldn’t get carried away by the victory. He has a lot of physical and spiritual work to do. The spirits at the four corners of Ghana are yet to decide. They decide before humans vote to manifest it,” Rev. Owusu Bempah explained.

The next president of Ghana will testify before Rev. Owusu Bempah, he disclosed.

“It is not only about spiritual; a physical person is also involved… The one to sit on the throne will be here to testify,” he announced.

Meanwhile, just 48 hours after Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, the Vice President, was elected to lead the New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the 2024 election as its flagbearer, names of contenders have surfaced to join him in breaking the eight.

A few names have surfaced in the public sphere urging Dr. Bawumia to choose Kennedy Agyapong as his running mate in order to force a “showdown” with the NDC.
