New Patriotic Party (NPP) presidential hopeful Kennedy Ohene Agyapong stirred an eruption during his campaign in the Northern Region ahead of the November 4 super delegates conference.

The Member of Parliament for Assin Central while addressing some NPP delegates in the Northern Region accused some NPP chairmen receiving brand new cars in the recent ended NPP super delegates conference to vote for a particular presidential candidate alleged to be the Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia.

Hon. Ken Agyapong was then challenged by one of the Northern Region NPP chairmen to show a video evidence to prove his claims.

Lo and behold, this NPP chairman was shocked when Ken Agyapong showed him the video in the presence of the other delegates which caused an uproar in the meeting.

Kusi Isaac running a commentary on the viral video said, the Northern Region NPP delegates vowed to also collect their share of the money and other things they have received to influence their vote on November 4 presidential primaries.

According to him, one NPP Youth organizer in the Northern Region also spoke to the delegates after Hon. Kennedy Agyapong had finished speaking, urged the delegates to vote wisely and not be influenced by anything because their future depends on who they choose to lead the party in the next four years.

Previously, we reported that an angry supporter of Kennedy Agyapong in the Central Region’s Assin Central Constituency threatened to beat any delegate who will vote for Vice President Mahamudu Bawumia in the upcoming primaries on November 4, 2023.

In a viral video sighted by InsightNewsgh.com, the young man who supports Ken Agyapong vowed to deal with any delegates who will vote for dr. Bawumia.

He rained curses and used unprinted words to insult what he described some Assin Central residents as greedy and ungrateful.

The young man went to reveal the some of the good works and charity works Ken Agyapong has done for his constituency and the people of the Assin Fosu.
