Bio: Madonna’s Family Life
Madonna is a very private person and does not share much information about her personal life with the public. However, it is known that she has been married twice and has six children.
Her first marriage was to actor Sean Penn in 1985. The marriage lasted for four years and was tumultuous, with Penn being arrested for domestic assault in 1987. Madonna filed for divorce in 1989.
In 2000, Madonna married British film director Guy Ritchie. They had one son together, Rocco, before adopting David Banda from Malawi in 2006. The couple divorced in 2008.
