Okyeame Kwame has provided a unique definition of relationship cheating. The outspoken Ghanaian musician maintains that it is not cheating to sleep with someone who is not your partner.
In a video that is going viral on social media, Okyeame Kwame explains that cheating is not happening as long as one partner isn’t using the other’s body.
On the podcast Bro Code, hosted by Twitter influencer Kalyjay, he expressed this viewpoint.
Says Okyeame Kwame, “as stupid as it sounds, our society has created a certain idea that if your partner goes to sleep with another person that is not you, your partner has cheated. How am I cheating on, I am not using your body” and laughed out loud.
Since then, the phrase has drawn criticism on Twitter. A Twitter user who left a comment on Kalyjay’s shared article said “His thought process intrigues me so much that I want to have a chat with him.”
Another added that “such an idi*t @Okyeamekwame came out to tell we that we must make money to fix our cars to use on bad roads and then continue to work and fix it lol. masa so you no get sense like that lol one of my role models paa be this”.

Meanwhile, Okyeame Kwame made a revelation that sent shockwaves through the media.
Known for his poetic abilities, he openly talked about the unusual route he and his wife, Annica Nsiah-Apau, took in their union.
He claimed that, like his wife’s marriage, his union with his wife was consummated without the approval of his parents.
OK stated during the interview that both families supported their union and that their love was undeniable. However, religion posed a serious obstacle that prevented them from getting married.
Their marriage plans appeared to be hindered by their families’ religious beliefs.
