Samini, a prominent reggae/dancehall performer, has shared his views on religion and the potential for polygamy.

When asked about the idea of polygamy in an interview with MX24 TV, Samini acknowledged that it’s a dream for many men to practice it, but she emphasized the need for mutual consent and understanding between all parties involved.

“Would I attempt polygamy? Well, I think it’s every man’s wish in life, it’s every man’s dream, but it’s in the interest of the woman that you want to be in this kind of agreement with or in this kind of arrangement with to be on the same page with you.

“Other than that you’re going to find problems for yourself. But I think it’s something that every man is given hands and opportunity,” he said.

He also expressed his views on religion, saying that he does not confine himself to a particular place of worship and would visit either a church or a mosque at his discretion.

Despite having been raised as a Christian, he cited his mixed religious background, with the majority of his family being Muslim.

”I can go to the church, I can go to the mosque, I can go to any other place that I believe that these people that have gathered are calling the Most High that I also call and together we will call the Most High.

“But with no mediator for me personally, you understand? Because I know that I call him directly all the time and he does answer all the time. All the time,” he explained.

Social media users are debating this viewpoint.

Meanwhile, Victoria Lebene has vehemently denied cursing actor and filmmaker, Kobi Rana following their recent social media banter.

In a recent interview with Abeiku Santana on Atuu, Victoria Lebene responded to Kobi Rana’s ‘harsh and sensitive’ comment as she claimed that she didn’t curse the actor and filmmaker but rather prayed for him.

“Kobi Rana’s issue was a surprised to me, I didn’t curse him, I said a prayer for him,” she said.
