Celebrated media personality and UTV presenter, Yaa Knoamah has expressed her outage over the recent New Patriotic Party (NPP) thugs who invaded the studio of United Television.

Yaa Konamah blasted Omanhene Kwabena Asante over his criticism on some people who condemned the ruling NPP for sending a letter to request the management of Despite Media Group to reform United Showbiz program.

Over the weekend, some thugs alleged to be NPP supporters invaded the studios of UTV to attack A-Plus for tearing NPP’s letter and also defend the constant criticisms of the some panelists against the President Akufo-Addo and Veep Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia.

Following, Omanhene Kwabena Asante criticized the public for condemning the NPP. According to him, NPP has every right to send the letter to UTV to request them reform the United Showbiz program if they deem it fit provided it doesn’t beach any rules and regulations.

In a response to his criticisms, Yaa Konamah said the Asempa journo claims that his criticisms were based on the facts he had is no where near the truth.

“Let us value what our predecessors fought with their blood for us, and don’t let us trivialize these issues,” she said.

According to her, there is no justification to those who criticized UTV over their poor security system to stop the NPP thugs from accessing the studio.

Relatedly, Anim Addo also blast Kwabena Asante for jumping into the ongoing saga without having details of the whole incident.

Anim Addo explained that NPP never sent an official letter to the management of UTV. As a matter of fact, NPP officials came to UTV premises Nicodemusly and apologized over the viral letter and even explained that the letter was signed by the wrong person.

He cautioned Omanhene Kwabena Asante against jumping on the bandwagon to gain favors in the eyes of authorities.

The UTV presenter blasted him for overlooking the threats of Owusu Bempah who allegedly incited attack on UTV in a recent interview.
