When some New Patriotic Party (NPP) thugs stormed the UTV studios last weekend, fearless Mr. Logic slept in the arms of fear.
The outspoken showbiz pundit, Mr. Logic known for speaking his mind without fear, has described his ordeal, including how UTV’s control room staff forced him to hide under a table.
Mr. Logic, a regular member of the United Showbiz panel, claims that the thugs’ invasion has been “traumatic.”
He claimed that he spent about 40 minutes being shoved under the table in the control room while denouncing the act.
“I am not happy about what happened at all. That master control room doesn’t have enough space, yet you should’ve seen the table under which they pushed me. It’s very bad! What I went through in the control room under the table wasn’t good at all. For about 45minuites I was hidden in the control room covered and squeezed under the table,” he recounted.
He continued “it looked like they came here for all of us but I came out when they started calling out A Plus’ name. I am so disappointed. If this was truly an NPP gang, then I am disappointed. The person who sent them really goofed. I am waiting to know who sent them before I speak“.
In a related news, A-Plus has spoken once more after some alleged supporters of the ruling NPP invaded the studio of UTV on Saturday.
Speaking in an interview on TV3, A-Plus defended himself for tearing into pieces the letter written by NPP which was sent to UTV demanded the media house to reform its United Showbiz program.
A-Plus asserted that when he received a call from UTV to start the United Showbiz program with celebrated actress Nana Ama McBrown, no political party was present to tell them how the show should be done.
According to him, he ripping apart the copy of the letter to UTV from NPP was in a form of protest citing a portion of the 1992 Constitution of Ghana to defend his actions.
