A total of 122,275 potential National Service personnel have been placed in various institutions across the nation for the service year 2023–2024 as part of their required one-year of national service.
This group consists of individuals who previously neglected to submit their applications for placements, recent graduates from accredited tertiary institutions in Ghana in 2023, and private registrants.
On Monday, October 16, 2023, regional validation and registration for these employees will start at various locations across the nation.
Those who haven’t finished their academic programs yet are able to participate in the schedule.
The official start of the 2023–2024 National Service year is scheduled for Wednesday, November 1, 2023, according to a statement made on Friday, September 29, 2023, and signed by Osei Assibey Antwi, Executive Director of the National Service Scheme.
The management of the National Service Scheme emphasized that they do not support requests for assignment changes and advised service members against corresponding with fictitious people or organizations that claimed to be able to change their placements.
