Cassidy Hutchinson was born and raised in Hopewell Valley, New Jersey. She graduated from Hopewell Valley Central High School in 2015 and went on to study political science and American studies at Christopher Newport University in Virginia. She graduated in 2019.
During her college years, Hutchinson interned for Senator Ted Cruz and Representative Steve Scalise. After graduating, she worked as a legislative aide for Republican Congressman Mark Meadows. In 2021, she became Meadows’ special assistant and top aide.
