As more evidence becomes available, the untimely death of singer Mohbad continues to spark debate on social media.
Now that the singer’s death has been linked to some NDLEA agents, the agency’s employees have come under suspicion.
The deceased singer passed away at the age of 27, causing a great deal of controversy in the wake of his unexpected death.
Fans of the late musician have claimed that Naira Marley, the deceased’s former record label owner, and Sam Larry, were responsible for the singer’s premature death.
However, a recent video that is currently going viral on social media shows the late Mohbad claiming that NDLEA officials gave him table water to drink.
He claims he was unaware that something had been added to it.
The singer continued by saying that a gûn’s head was struck by the officers’ butt.
Later, they allegedly asked Mohbad to return home.
He was heard saying, “They gave me a liquid substance in a plastic bottle (like bottle water) to drink. I was the only one made to drink it, I drank it. After that, nothing happened to me.”

Relatedly, following his passing, Omowunmi, the late award-winning singer Mohbad’s girlfriend, wept.
The mother of one expressed concern about how she would care for their son, who just turned five months old today, in a series of posts on her Instagram page.
Mohbad’s girlfriend shared several old pictures of them while pleading for assistance, unsure of where to begin.
She claimed that because they struggled so hard to be together before his death, their love story was unique.
As Mohbad’s girlfriend pointed out how the responsibilities of two have been combined into one, Omowunmi continued, “And they had so many plans.”
The singer’s family issued a statement confirming his passing. He was later laid to rest in accordance with the customs of Islam.
