Evangelist Patricia Asiedu, also known as Nana Agradaa, asserts that God has revealed to her that if Kennedy Agyapong is chosen as the NPP’s flagbearer, choosing her as his running mate would ensure a one-touch victory for him in the 2024 presidential election.
She claimed that if the Assin Central lawmaker truly wanted to become president of Ghana, he should consider choosing her as his running mate because winning would be as simple as ABC.
Many people already think Agyapong himself is unsuitable for the presidency because they find him to be loose-lipped and too hot-tempered.
It is unclear why God would want him to choose Agradaa, who also lacks integrity, to be his running mate in what analysts predict will be the most important presidential election in Ghanaian history.

It is unclear how seriously Agyapong would take the lobbying and whether doing so would improve his chances of successfully navigating the New Patriotic Party’s current processes and ultimately winning the position of flagbearer.
The businessman-turned-politician outperformed everyone and finished second to Vice President Dr. Mahamud Bawumia at the governing party’s Super Delegates Conference over the weekend. He received 132 votes, which is 14.30% of all the delegates’ votes.
The Super Delegates Conference was intended to pave the way for the November primaries, which are anticipated to be a significant test for both Bawumia and Agyapong as they must garner the support of more than 200,000 delegates from all over the nation to be named the NPP’s flagbearer.
In the general election in December 2024, the winner of the primaries will face John Dramani Mahama of the opposition National Democratic Congress.
Relatively, Kennedy Ohene Agyapong has clarified his remark from the party’s special delegates conference over the weekend regarding a “showdown” with President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo and Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia.
He has asserted that the comment by the independent politician was not a threat but rather an expression of confidence in winning the upcoming elections, under the direction of Kwame Owusu, his chief of staff.
