However, former Adentan MP and Director for Special Duties for the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Hon. Kojo Adu Asare, has urged Mr. John Mahama, the party’s nominee for the 2024 elections, to think about picking a different running mate than Prof. Jane Naana Opoku Agyeman before the elections.
In an exclusive interview with the Overseer newspaper, Kojo Adu Asare acknowledged that Naana Opoku Agyeman is a wonderful woman who embodies all the virtues that a good person can, but that she is simply not a good politician for a position as running mate.
She had a chance in the 2020 election, but she squandered it, he claimed.
